The rumor, however, was that Hasbro had secured the rights for the Cadillac XLR sportscar (Caddy's "remold" of the Corvette), not any of the Escalade models. Strangely enough, the original rumor said the XLR would come out before the Civic and Jaguar Alts (indicating it was further along in development, but why it never came out and the other two did is a mystery).

Hmm.. going with the Nissan theme so far in this line, and the fact that the new character Drift is a Silvia, Drift would be a great choice for this line.

Oh and Megs is looking good. Gonna wait till colors to really judge him tho ;p

No doubt, thanks Trench ;) This is kinda the answer i was expecting though b/c I asked this question on another site and got the same answer, "no" However, i never knew they were planning on using the sporty XLR, i heard Escalade. And Imo, Escalade would kick SO much ass it'dbe crazy awesome!

Maybe you know for sure he wont have a cannon since your from Japan (btw my FAVORITE country other then America), but if not, there's still a chance he may have one, removable obviously if he does at all. Maybe it stores under his carriage or on his back. :shrug

No, it's quite clear he has no cannon. It's all a dirty enforced rule by Hasbro upon poor, poor Takaratomy. That's the only way Takara would release it without such an important thing. Hasbro ruins it for the poor, mistreated collector once again!
