I would try to get all 6 G1 Constructicons in mint condition or sealed (but sealed will cost more than $200).

If I had £200 to spend on anything but the bills, hmm... I would go for the full Original series of Star Trek, with Star Trek Animated, Animated Leader Megatron, because he just keeps looking like he's worth getting after all, Classics Sideswipe, Galvatron, Silverstreak and Smokescreen and whatever's left I would maybe get a couple of books or a DS game, preferably a puzzle game or another Pokemon game.
