I saw on another Transformers Fan Website that someone had made a "Rodimus Primal" kitbash out of that lion from TF Cybertron. I didn't like the bash so much, but I liked the idea of a BW Rodimus having a lion as an alt mode. It just seemed to fit somehow.

 

So I got the idea to do this:

 

 

The colors were tricky, but you get the idea. Anyway, just felt like sharing.

Awesome work, MH. The color scheme works incredibly well for the figure, if Hasbro gets an idea from this for Universe, I'd certainly buy it again. (Too bad Hasbro didn't do that for Leo Prime, instead. ) :schin Now I wonder what Snarl would look like with an Optimus color scheme...

Any chance you could do the same idea to a BW Prowl, BW2 Lio Convoy, or even a Cybertron Leobreaker? Because the colors really are fetching, I just find that mold repulsive.

I just prefer the... um... well, "organic" look of the BM toys. It's all elegant and sleek and stuff. Which of course is like the polar opposite of Armada's design aesthetic. So I can understand how you might not be a fan.

I think I know what you can do with part of your $200 now...
