Fueled by a reply I made to this poll thread, I thought it would be fun to discuss what you remember about the time when the G1 cartoon first came out. How old were you, how much did you catch of the inconsistencies, etc... for me, I was only 5 years old, so I just thought it was the most awesome thing ever. I was coming into it from Tom And Jerry, Bugs Bunny, and Woddy Woodpecker, so to me, it was an amazingly cool cartoon, and raised my standards for everything I watched afterwards. I'm doing a project in my Microsoft Applications class. It's a power point presentation, and I want to do mine on the Transformers. The thing is, I need a page with a reliable history of not only the lines, but also of the story. Does anyone have a good site that features these? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm just not having any luck on Google.

O.k., I know there are no current plans to convert Davewave's Transformers: The War Within from comic book to an actual cartoon but, I think it a possibility that both Hasbro and Taraka should look in to. :Dc

I've tried removing several price tags from my transformer boxes but they always leave a sticky residue and I usually put a little wear and scratches on the the box. Does anyone know a way to remove these little pests without harming the packaging? :tard

I dunno bout you but i would like to see GF been influenced by G1 or some good G1 homages and references on it. That way HAS/Tak would make sure the series would become a sure hit. You can't ever go wrong with G1

Well, I snagged a pair of Sledges and a pair of Sky Shadows at work today. It's been my plan all along to get 4 Sledges (need only 1 more) and one Steamhammer, so that I might create a badass Sledgehammer figure. Can anyone think of a better name? Just curious, open to new ideas. Where I REALLY need the help is in naming my future 4 Sky Shadows + 1 StormJet figure - I've slapped my two Energon SkyShadows on my SL Superion in place of the F-22 basics, and MAN it looks cool, and will look even better with better colors. A pity that Sky Shadow is brown/silver instead of red/grey like his SL counterpart...... Anyways, here's the names I've come up with so far - …
