I dunno bout you but i would like to see GF been influenced by G1 or some good G1 homages and references on it. That way HAS/Tak would make sure the series would become a sure hit. You can't ever go wrong with G1

i have a feeling we would be more likly see Abominus(sp) and computron and maybe then the stunticions

I've seen enough homages with Energon. Keep the homages to the Alternators and do something else with the main line.

We got Superion, Devestator, and Bruticus ( I wonder if this Bruticus is going to get as many repaints as the original), so the only 5 bot combiners left are Stunticons, Terrorcons, Predacons, SeaCons, Technobots, Protectobots, Dinoking, and the micromaster transformers.

 

Did I miss any?

 

Anyway, once these hit the shelves I am sure that Takara will be more then happy to make more, possibly some with a cybertron feel, so I guess the technobots would work the best for that.

You missed the Trainbots/Raidion, Breastforce/Liokaiser, Brainmasters/Road Ceasor, Gardcity, and Battle Gaea

They tried that with Energon. Having G1 homages doesn't work all the time.

I don't know about you guys...but it seems that Don's work has a lot of infulence....and when I saw Galaxy Convoy in full attack mode, it reminded me of Don's version of our own Josh's work
