Heya All, wasnt sure if there were any open BotCon topics going on right now but I do have a question concerning it. First of all I know there will probally be retailer upon retailers for what i'm looking for when i go(mainly G1) but my question is how much money do you think it would cost to get nearly all of the G1 stuff? There are somethings i know i wont shell $ out for at the show(which i am only going on saturday), like Fort Max, Scorp, or the other really expensive stand alone figures. Reason I ask is cause last year i had to sell off my collection due to financial difficulties and now that i am definately financially stable and have paid off or down my bills I…

As we all know Longarm Prime is probably the animated version of Grapple, its just hasbro is unable to actually use the name "Grapple" for trademark reasons. But you may be asking "If Longarm Prime was Grapple then why was he Grey when Shockwave took his form?", well I have a simple answer. When a transformer dies they loose all of their color, and since Grapple is a light yellow orange then it would make sense for him to turn that shade of Grey. The reasons Shockwave stayed the grey color was because 1. he cannot modify his incogneto's atributes, he is what he scans. Or 2. he did not know his original colors. This maybe a dumb thought, but it is one that has puzzled me for some time. In the G1 toy line there was a distinct difference between ol megs and galvvy, not just a repaint which is more common today. Personally, I think there should be a distinct difference. Any thoughts?? :tfhuh
