I took a swing at repainting the Protoform Prime with G1 colors this week after seeing quite a few pop up over the last few months. In each case I notice people paint the majority of Prime in his classic colors. While there's nothing wrong with this, the movie designs don't lend themselves super well to G1 colors because they're more skeletal in structure, compared to the G1 designs that are more solid body parts. This is the case of 'less is more' at work. You can instantly recognize the character due to the colors but they're not completly covering him like the G1 design would have. I made some hands for my barricade from scratch! I was also able to install some strobing lights, and in my opinion he looks perfect now.

Finally finished up my Jazz repaint! Sprayed with protective coating to insure the best quality and longevity. Alt mode pics are up, as well as Jazz with his newly painted Sword! So what do you guys think? eBay-able?

I bought 09 Bumblebee the other day. I fuggin' love him. BUT. His head kept falling off of the balljoint. So I tried super gluing it to the balljoint. I left it to dry for a while and when I returned the head was turned the wrong way. So I tried turning the head back, hoping the glue hadn't dried too much. It turned! But it wasn't turning on the balljoint. It was turning on the plastic that supports the balljoint. In the end the head+balljoint came off. I tried super gluing the head back on, but that screwed up the plate on his chest by gluing it to the thing that held the head's balljoint AND didn't reattach the head. So I have two questions: 1.
