Upgrades

So I'm in Pound Stretcher today and I find a cheap Transforming toy. It's a die-cast police bike that transforms into a less-than-stellar-looking robot. (You may have seen another version of this toy around. I'd never seen the police bike version before). So, anyway, I switch the upper arms over (because it was assembled wrong) and slap on a couple of Autobot symbols and lo and behold, Alternator (ish) Protectobot Groove is born! (Sorry for the pics but it's really hard to get a good photo of the bot mode. His head is in a funny place and he can't actually see over the front part of the bike!)

Lots and lots of those nice boxed MP Prime trailers out there, and lots of even better customs complete with roller and repair bay. My question is, has anyone come across anything in stores that would make a customizable trailer? I only bothered to look once at a TRU in the area and came up with nothing. Was kinda hoping to find a metal toy at the flea market and just chop it up good. But these custom made trailers have to be coming from somewhere, and I'd like to know where.

Okay, don't move this. Basically I have been looking at the Galaxy Force Bumblebee artwork penciled by Laguna. And I thought to myself he looks like he can be made just simply repainting a Hot Shot/Excilon. I want to try this out, so what do you guys think. I mean just look at the head of Bumblbee in the picture, and then look at Hot Shot/Excilon and tell me they don't look alike. :thumb

got two stitches. battle scar. this sucks. i can only type with 1 hand. what am i suppose to do for the next few weeks? what accidents have you had kitbashing?

i was over here @ FREESTYLE and what this guy did was he made these 4 inserts that attached to storm jet and fit into wing saber's groove's to from wing-convoy/prime. this is what the pieces look like.. and here's the desired effect... can anybody make these??? how many people would be interested in something like this? - more pics on the original sighting here u can go to Alta Vista's Babblefish translator but it sorta doesnt help.. just character bio's.

Hey folks, I have taken one WIP picture for your enjoyment. I have a ways to go before I am even close to finishing. Still needs a little bit more paint and an extra coat along w/ clearcoat. And yes, it will bear an Autobot symbol when I am done. :clap -Gregg

these are the first and rough looking e-cubes im making, these are the best im able to do until i can find gloss or metallic paper, and come up with a better template unless someone wants to volunteer to design one
