Upgrades

Just a quick repaint, has anyone done this yet? The sculpt is near perfect.

well, this might sound a little ghey, but I was walking in target and saw a wicked cool looking bikini (no i wasn't looking in the womens clothing, it was on the isle)... anyway, I saw this cool looking bikini that was brown with light blue flowers... eah, like the colors, but wouldn't wear it obviosly... but the idea for the same color scheme popped into my head for an alt... and here it is... alas, no flowers :D enjoy!

This was my first attempt at a "full custom" It was supposed to be a 55 Chevy truck/wrecker. I made quite a few mistakes. I am posting it this way because I have never seen a bash/custom that talked about/showed the mistakes. First the arms won't fit under the hood. They have to be removed during transformation. I did not measure, measure, measure! First mistake Second, all the "tabs and pins" that held Hound's two halfs together (rollbar and rockers) were removed not thinking I would need them later. Hi all, I have never worked with styrene before, but after reading various post and topics from all kinds of forums, I am very interested in starting. I know we have several members in this forum who are extremely talented and have used styrene in their projects, so I was hoping a few of them might part with some tips and advice for using this product. I'm planning a kitbash to make a Alt Rodimus... but can't decide which vehicle to make it out of... The SXT-10 truck or the Corvette. I happen to like the truck idea.... since that truck its the hot rod version of said truck... and not a work truck like Optimus should be.. BTW- the new Rodimus will have the newest Rodimus head on it... think Energon Rodimus head... faceplate less Optimus Prime head... Gold flames on truck too.

I wasn't happy with the Alt. Prowl we got. he was cool, but I wasn't seeing Prowl with it, and since this was before the BT alert came out, I put this one together using the popular Miester recipe. By the way, now that the BT alert is out, and I made a better Prowl custom, I am selling this one. If anyone's interested $30 plus shipping. LMK and let me know what you think in the meantime -D
