He's the only Armada repaint I havn't seen as of yet, IIRC the case ratio is all even numbers, so which case wave is he supposed to be in. Then again I havn't found Saidos either, but I did find the Lizard and the Mini-con Street Speed team repaints

Black Repaints Insane or genious?

I have a bunch of original G1 Transformers that have been boxed up in the attic. I have been purchasing some other G1 TF's to complete the collection. I then plan on putting them out to display. I have also begun collecting the ALTERNATOR series - both the BT japaneese series and the regular Hasboro US version. I have not taken any of these out of the boxes yet -as I don't know how/where i'm going to display them. Problem - might as well not own them if i'm going to leave them in the attic or in a dark room for no one to see them. Also, i'm not a fan of pure MISB. Sure resale is the best (but if it's a pure 'investment' - get into stocks - not transformer…

First off a question, Does Alt Primes tailgate fold down? or is important to transformation?  And does anyone know if they make a Alt scale race car Trailer( the lower ones like for demolition Derby Cars)? Painted ala G1 Trailer would look Hot! Maybe even have either a little Blue six wheeler or a beatup blue derby car inside as Roller. Now an idea, I think a white Hummer,Navigator or excursion (doesnt matter) Limo would be a different take on Magnus (I found some 1:24 scale ones at a nearby K-Mart) It fits the Alt type limitations and i think he would have enough bulk to his vehicle mode and he could pull off his "Armour" well. any thoughts?Â

Picked up a Defensor and Superion giftset at a local dollar store for only 5 bucks a piece. Seem to be put together pretty well, but are colored different and have different decals from the Transformers. Also had a strange dinosaur and insect gift set, but nothing like our Dinobots & Insecticons so passed on it. It was a well spent 10 dollars.

Make up your own modes from real Tansformers and they can be funny or serious. I made one up for both Ransack and Crumplezone, Crumplzone cannon mode, and Ransack rollerblade mode.Now, post your own :thumb

i dont know if anyone has metioned this but remember before alt skidz came out scion had that transforming tv ad. well just seen the one for saab and it has sort of a decepticon tie in. clicck link and check out the video for the saab 9-7x http://www.saabusa.com/saabjsp/about/;jses...equestid=730641 also, scion has one for their model tc as well.(the tc would make a great alt IMO)

I'm just wondering, what figures that haven't already been spotted, are due to come out before christmas time? I'm just trying to get a good idea of what to keep an eye out for between now and then.

Lastnight the family and I go shopping (not for TF's but I always am on the lookout). First we go Fred Meyer, they didn't have anything in the way of new TF's but they did have this coupon (in-store) Buy 2 get 1 free. I grabbed a couple knowing I was going to Wal-Mart next. At Wal-Mart (who matches with coupons) I found C.Mudflap, C.Leo Breaker and C.Evac who were all priced under $15 ea. Score for me! Mudflap is cooler than I would have expected. I'll have to wait to be surprised or not until X-mas.
