Hey guys, I've got some exciting news for those of you who are interested in the South American Minibot variants and history, specifically regarding Peruvian minibots. I have very recently received scans of Peruvian techspecs from cardbacks and a good deal more information that may well help resolve the whole Lynsa vs HUDE/BASA debate as to who distributed these. Pictures have been added, dedicated researchers and contributors credited, here's the updated article: http://www.tf-1.com/articles/mini_frame.php?art=peru All the best Maz

hi! it's me again. anyway, i found an alternator mirage today at target in Seal Beach, CA, so they should be hitting shelves all over SoCal soon. something to note is that the assortment he is in also has tracks and meister (jazz) and i believe prime, but prime was already gone when i got there. well, on to the meatiness. i didn't take any pics of his alt mode, but it goes together really well. everything seems to line up nicely, except when you open the rear decklid. the hinge on it is weird and it opens really strangely, you have to open the top first then fold the top onto the hinge as you open the back of the lid. if this doesn't make sense now, it will whe…

I just picked up a G1 Sandstorm, and I've got an issue with it I need help resolving. His legs transform by sliding out but they're really loose. The won't lock in place or allow him to stand. When he does, the legs just slide back up into place. I have to keep him transformed for display because of this. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? I already tried tightening the screws, and that had no effect. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm wondering which Valkyrie is the closest to a reissue of Jetfire? I'd like to have one for display and I don't want to shell out for a actual jeffire in the condition I'd like to have. A friend told me there is a currently availalbe (maybe on ebay only at this point?) Valkyrie that is almost identical. I'm looking for one that transforms with the metal holding the lengs on, not detachable legs etc. Thanks for any help, Pasquale

I have to admit it - the G1 fanboy inside me still gets excited by lime green and purple. The packaging is great - even with a die cut “TRANSOIDS logo. The toy quality is about middle grade for the knock-offs I’ve bought before. In other words - slightly better than the first batch of SWTF. If anybody wants the MOSC set I’ll sell it on TFieds. I’m keeping the loose set to remind me to stop buying knock-offs :thumb

Hey guys, I have uploaded the article for the awesome Microchange blue Bumblebee: http://www.tf-1.com/articles/pretf_frame.php?art=bluebee I must thank Colin Pringle/Specimen17 for kindly posting his rare toy to me for reviewing, I don't know many people who would do that. All credit to you Colin, thanks for making this possible. No art as yet, but soon I'm sure. Hope you like it. All the best Maz

I like the old Micro Change Metroplex because you can use him as a base. I also like the new toy because of his two robot modes. That is a really cool idea. I have the GF cartoon on disc but have yet to watch them. Does he use the super mode in the show?
