Aside from a good robot mode, Cybertron Metroplex has nothing else going for it.

It's G1 Metroplex for me.

G1 Metro, although I'm liking Sparkdrinker a whole lot.

Well, if we were talking 'toon characters, G1 Metroplex would stomp C. Metroplex by sheer size alone...

Toywise, C. Metroplex wins in the robot mode dept., by height & posability.  But G1 Metroplex wins in the alt-mode dept., 'cus a citymode > robot mode on hands & knees.

G1 pwns Cybertron

I love Cyb Metroplex.

The "Brute" mode robot is AWSOME!

Even though G1 had a better Alt mode and Gun Platform mode, too.

The bot is a brick with rubber tires and tons O guns.

Cyb Metro gets my vote!

Hmm... submissive pudding-eating cowboy or ginormous hinged brick...

I can't decide! :eek

Plus, the huge fricken axe has a NAME!!! That in itself is awesome!!! :D

The axe has a name??? :tfhuh

I prefer Cyb Metroplex, even though I went and bought the GF version, and glad I did, the Cyb version has muted colors, and the GF version is a) more show accurate and b) brighter in the blue paint department.

Neither toy has a real alt mode, and neither toy is that great, but Cybertron Metroplex has articulation, but G1 Metroplex has better play value.

I'll go with G1 Metroplex. If I want articulation, I'll buy a Marvel Legends figure for 1/10 of the price.
