I'm sure he is, but if Hound isn't mistransformed, I am passing easy on this.

 

I realy like Ravage though, to bad I'm gonna have to order a new set of side rockets for him though. I'm making a list, a set of those, G1 Ultra Magnus' shoulder rockets for the City Commander armor, anything else I'm missing?

It seems very obvious to me that Hound is mistransformed.

Perhaps one could also peruse the SDCC pictures that first showed Hound to see how he's supposed to be transformed, prior to internet-panicking.
