Why couldn't they have come up with something BETTER to cross over with? SWTFs were a great idea, but it wasn't executed properly. However, THIS is just lazy.

Here's an idea Hasbro, why don't you make a crossover that doesn't whore out the franchise? Like maybe a G.I. JOE x Transformers toy line? It's worked in the comics and it would be popular as hell!
