Looks like TC barged in on Mom and Dad during their "alone" time.

Seksee blue paintjob, though. Glad I've got til November for the $100 I'll need to cough up.

Not bad...but like others, I can't dump 100+ into an individual figure right now (or November for that matter)...have to spread the love around to all the other series!

On a side note, isn't it odd how both Hasbro & Takara have mutually decided that "Thundercracker" will be the elusive figure completely missing from some lines, or be the rarity with others...? He was among the original seekers...not sure why he doesn't get the proper love!?! (without it costing you an arm and a leg, that is!)

Needs the red and white trim and the Decepticon symbols on the wings, plus the black tail fins. Too much blue, imo.

And I hope he has two faces like Hasbro G1 color Starscream.

love the Thundercracker, but I think I love the Ironhide on the right hand side more! Is that Classics/Henkei?!??!?

Henkei, it is...

The mold itself was always the problem, making it blue, black, white, purple or any other color doesn't make it any less crappy. MP Convoy is the only real Masterpiece.

Gonna agree with Duke.

However thats not to say the other figures in this line aren't still enjoyable. The complexities are terrific, however outside of Prime the others are very light and fragile. I understand that they are collector pieces, however they are still toys collectable as they may be. You shouldn't feal afraid picking up a brand new item especialy at the price point these things have.

ThunderCracker is on my list, although he looks flat. Any further Seekers unless heavily retooled aren't.

Gonna agree with Duke.

Looks terrible. Big pass for me. Not sure why he has the black capped nosecone. The G1 toon version did not have this. The G1 toys always got this wrong- one of my big gripes with the original seekers. Also hate the royal blue color. Should have been lighter.

Gonna agree with Duke.

It's been ?24? years now so I'm not 100% sure on this, but I'm pretty sure the cartoon followed the toys (although both launched in a similar time frame). So unless I'm confused I would think that would make the cartoon wrong...

BTW, I personally think Prime is the weakest executed of the MP's (he still kicks ass though). He lacks the complete attention to detail that the later MP's have. Although not my favorite TFormer, I tend to think that Starscream very well might be the best designed one they have ever done.

Prime is awesome, and you can tell they felt the love while making him. He's got alot of gimmicks like the communication pannels, a somewhat overly complicated trasformation, cool little extras like the vents on his legs opening when he steps...

Plus he weighs a ton! You can drive railroad spikes with this guy. Pick him up and you know it, the other MP's a good wind can take them if boxed. Prime is a nice full figure while Megatron looks like he got hit by a steamroller :tflaugh

And just to assure the awesomeness of Prime(which to me is sad cause I'm a Decepticon fan), I ask someone who's in the know to give the ratio of stopmotion Prime movies vs the other MPs ?

I don't think the others could keep up with their frailties and lack of articulation.
