Anyway, Bombshell isn't any more minor than Skywarp-- indeed, I'd count Skywarp as the more minor of them; the Insecticons have had a handful of episodes focused on them, and Bombshell's cerebro-shells are a frequent plot device, even in non-Insecticon episodes (like Traitor). Skywarp, well... in the cartoon, he occasionally had lines? XD No episodes were driven by his presence. Hell, Ramjet has more characterization, on-screen.

 

Not that I don't like the guy, but I think fandom's overestimated his importance juuust a bit. :tflaugh

Well, I have to agree with you about Skywarp's importance, Alana. But since becoming Scourge, his importance went a quite a bit due to Unicron. So, getting wasted at the Battle of Autobot city and then tossed out into space only to be rebuilt by Unicron was the best thing to EVER happen to him!

After watching Season 1, 2 and 3 on DVD as an adult, the one thing I can say for certain is how little I cared for any of the characters.

I liked it when Prime lost it at the end of MTMTE. It was like the only time ever that he showed some real emotion. Sadly, after that point it was all wise sayings and snappy comebacks.
