Ok, So I missed the "this will ship on or around 9/18" note about Ultra Magnus, but to get him 10% and shipped directly will be worth the wait for him in Sept.

 

it's not really a 10% discount when you pay more than retail to have him shipped >_>

They way I look at it, 10% off knocks out roughly half the shipping cost, but it also saves you having to drive all around town, basically making it a wash.

Missed out on CC but I guess that's alright. I have enough 25th anniv joes. I had to talk myself out of buying the red hiss tank pilot yesterday....I don't even have the tank, I don't have any room for the vehicles and really... he doesn't look that great. :shrug But at least I got my TF order in. 2 of each... gotta take care of the roomie too.

i feel very meh about prime repaints, and i didn't even like paying $15 for thudercracker so i neglected to pick up Titanium screamer so i'm certainly in no hurry to pay $20 for skywarp. i wish i'd have gotten alt roddy last year. ah well, hopefully i'll like next years tf exclusives.

I was out of town Monday. I check HTS all friggin last week and during the weekend, just to get screwed RIGHT when I wasn't looking. Guess I won't be getting a Cobra Commander figure, I was actually looking forward to that one.

i'm still on the fence about CC. i ordered him anyway, but i'm still on the fence. i just hope i'll be able to make my money back if i don't like it. i HAD to have the combat heros timber and snake eyes though >_>

Man, I'm going to avoid the Combat Heroes line like the plague. That only leads down a dark path towards complete-ism from which I won't be able to return. I'm limiting myself to G1 TF "Hero" figures only.

luckily i only like the g1 robot heros. i thought the movie bots looked retarded, but i'm going to pick up a dispensor when i find him. how can you pass on that timber though? those big huge puppy dog eyes, and snake eyes poised to shoot him between them.... idk, the other joes look kinda iffy. i'll have to pass judgment on them one i see them irl.
