What happened with the battle in the box?

As reported by TFW2005 a while ago

A section for BiaB was set aside for Meijer stores

The stickers were on the shelves for prices 15.99

but nothing has been said since.

So were the items put on the shelf? or was it a hoax or what? it seems that Tim over @ TFW2005 saw it himself not 100% sure about this..

I saw them at Kmart today, or at least one. Oil Slick vs. Crystal Widow

Me too, they just stocked them up today too.

But none of the good battle in a box sets, just crystal vs slick

I think I remember an Asian fan posting early images of one of the BiaB sets online, more than likely these aren't supposed to hit until October.

I just saw some at my local K-Mart, but they're all "Crystal Widow vs. Slick".

I know this one is out...I have it as a matter of fact...

Anyways so when and where are the other BiaB sets comming out?

Ultra Magnus w/Over-Run vs Treadshot w/Nightbeat

&

Smokescreen w/Liftor vs Ransack w/Refute

& Possibly?

Drench w/Windsheer vs Smoke(screen)/umper) w/Jolt

The stores that are getting BiaB

Meijer (Confirmed)

KMart (Confirmed)

Walgreens (?)

Been wondering about that Magnus set too.. but I haven't even heard of the other ones.. what are they painted from?

Smokscreen vs. Ransack are repaints of Armada Smokescreen and Armada Hoist (a little funny since they're supposed to be the same character)

Drench vs. Smoke(screen/jumper) I don't think is being released as a BIAB, but as seperate Universe Deluxes - but I may be wrong.

Drench is a repaint of Armada Wheeljack with G2 Drench's colorscheme.

Smoke(screen/jumper) is a repaint of Armada Hot Shot with G1 Smokescreen's colors; however, I don't think that they'll call him Smokscreen as it would be a little odd to have two seperate Smokescreens in BIABs - he'll probably be Hot Shot.

All I know of so far are "Crystal Widow vs. Oilslick". Never heard of the others.

One of our local Hobby stores is selling the Biab Ultra Magnus proto for $30 by himself(UM & minicon). is he worth it?
