Starscream, Leader of the Decepticons

Recommended Posts

Megatron is a Creative genius..... He kept the cons alive on dwindaling energon suplies. Starscream would never think of causeing natural desasters and harnesing the kenetic motion.

I'm more refering to the first episode.. Primes crew are out of comission, but could be repaired and he just leaves them all without making sure no one can rise up an oppose him. 'least Screamer was smart about it. I dunno.. Megs lost a lot of kudos in my book for doin that.. Beast Wars Megs I think was far more of a creative genius. :tftongue

Megs just cared about getting home.

Beast Wars Megs I think was far more of a creative genius. :tftongue

Beast Wars Megs was the most brilliant of any Decepticon/Predacon leader ever.

Yeah....... stealing all of your Ideas from your former mentor(Cryotek) is brilliant :roll The Golden Disk, going to ancient earth, The Spark extractor, and teh Viris were all Cryoteks ideas/inventions.

Cryotek? Sorry I never watched that mess known as Beast Machines. In fact I couldn't bare to sit through one sigle show. The last full season of any Transformers series I watched was Beast Wars.

Megs was brilliant IMO.

ss had a goal, he said it through out the show, destroy the bots, plain and simple, now elabrate plan, just goals, destroy the bots and rule cybertron, so he atleast accomplished one of his goals in life :thumb

Starscream WAS leader of the Decepticons, if only for a little while. That has to say something about how powerful he was and what others thought of him. Now, the whole ascension to power and subsequent death were all part of the time-honored "out with the old, in with the new" plot formula followed by many long-running series (think of the X-Men comics).

But what the heck, SS was a powerful warrior. It would have been good drama to see him actually learn the lessons of a great leader.

Cryotek is in the Wreckers comics.

As far as the beast wars Cartoon there was no Cryoteck. So BW Megatron was his own genius In that continuity and I can't believe a comic book writer would try to discredit him by writing a story like that. I think they should have left that alone.

SS may have been a crappy leader but at least he would have killed Wheelie....
