Thanks for the tip, man. I've been thinking of doing it, but I don't want to ruin them in the process. Any tips on how to do it without screwing it up?

I was going to do something similar as he looks so much better with a nice paint job as you have proved here once again, but something happened to the spare starscream i was going to use for the project so now i cant do one :(

Nice job though man! He looks sweet.

Thanks for the kind words, sonray. After doing this one, I'm really wanting to get my hands on two more to complete the original seekers. You could do like I plan on doing and order some when the Japanese Classics Starscream is released.

I did two thundercrackers and a sunstorm a while back.

Whats the difference between the normal starscream and the jap one?

On Starscream?!?! eeewww

Nice paintjob! My own customizing usually includes adding 'Realistic' touches, so I enjoy seeing how other great minds bring out the metallic nature in theirs. Thanks for sharing!

I'm digging this SS. your panel lining is nice also, but I would recommend using a darker shade of gray/silver rather than black. the light gray of the plastic vs. black is a bit too much contrast in my opinion. The stripes on the wings are nice and clean too.

great job.

Thanks a lot, guys. I appreciate the tips and comments. I considered doing the panel lines in dark gray, but I tested on another figure and it just didn't "pop" like the black does (at least on this custom). Maybe it would have looked different on this one though. Anyway, thanks again, guys!
