Jizai Toys Announces Powerglide Wonderfest Exclusive

Recommended Posts

Jizai Toys engineering skills are AMAZING!

But that said, his products have way too many parts to be a mass release...

Children would be dropping dead left and right! ^-^

As for the argument that Powerglide's G1 colors are unrealistic and therefore innappropriate:

1) it's a god damned toy!

2) Starscream and Skywarp aren't military standard issue either...

3) it's a god damned toy! Hasbro can do whatever the f u c k they want! :tfevil

Personally as a child I would have been more interested in a red plane than a silver or white one (red is my fav color...)

I have the Cyclonus and Wheelie figs but there is a snag with them:

- They are VERY hard to assemble and you need to paint some parts if you want them to look great.

- They sell out in about 5 minutes AS SOON as the conventions opens (before even the regular shoppers can get in)

- They require additional generic Gundam model kit parts, most notably via ball joints etc.

- You cannot buy assembled versions.

- Rumour has it there are hong-kong knockoffs of these kits as fullt assembled toys at a fraction of the price.

I only got in becuase my mate knew a secret entrance to the venue and posed as a stall holder...

Nice representations of the G1 characters, but I prefer my Classics/Universe TYVM.

Several Wheelie & Cyclonus ended up on Ebay fully assembled and the quality was excellent (for resin kits) according to reviews.

What's a from half?

Who gives a sh*t about Powerglide and Wheelie? :tdown

... front half. That's just an impressive typo, right there.

Wow... just perfect. :tfevil

In all seriousness that is the most level-headed thing I've ever read.

you know for all the hate these characters get I think most of it is unearned and is really down to people just jumping on the band wagon. personally I find all the hot shot types far worse at least Wheelie and Powerglide had character even if they were just bit part players
