But has Blitzwing told himself about it?

:lol

I think the only one he's leading is himself...possibly Lugnutz as well.

Blitzwing's leading Lugnut and Blackarachnia, Starscream's leading himself, and Megatron's leading Dr. Sumdac.

It's also possible that Blitzwing was acting on his own in hiring Lockdown, and the other 'Cons don't know anything about it...implying that Blitzwing's got his own agenda.[/typicalHobbesconspiracytheory] :tfevil

That was also my take. Blitzwing is doing his own thing, and I'm sure as the series progresses others will be seen doing their own thing.

:lol

I agree that BlitzWing has his own thing going on but i dont think he wants to fill the boots of megs rather hes just a care taker till megs returns

also i have to wonder why hasn't SS taken charge yet its been 50 years...

My question about that scene is who else knows/thinks Optimus Prime took down Megatron? Blitzwing knew it.

It would be interesting to see what the reaction of the Cybertronian Elite Guard would be to that bit of news.

At this point in the series, I believe that all the Decepticons are on their own. There is not one cohesive army at the moment. They all ejected from the Nemesis independently, and they are not just sitting together in a base somewhere plotting. Each Decepticon is in the dark about the location of Megatron and Starscream. That is not to say, though, that they won't be finding and teaming up with each other in the near future.

Also keep in mind that even before Megatron's disappearance, there were only a handful of Decepticons left. It's not like there was any army to command anyway. If you want to call a guy who's being more proactive than two other people the "leader", then okay. But this is a long way from the "great wars" where there were (presumably) whole armies of Decepticons being led by Megatron.

My theory is that the Decepticons haven't been a cohesive army since the end of the Great War and that the only Decepticons who remained with Megs are those who want to go along with his search for the Allspark. All the Decepticons could be organized into scattered and isolated "tribes" at this point and Megs could need the Allspark to reunite them into a fighting force.
