I don't know exact amounts or anything but I have a rough idea. To me money isn't an issue when it comes to TFs. I only started buying TFs again about 6 or 7 months ago and all but 20 figures out of my 75 or so are G1. I'd say it's in the 1500-2000 range.

16 of the 20 are WST plus 20th Prime, Alt Smokescreen and Sideswipe, and Armada Unicron. Everything else is G1 with only 3 of those being reissues. Everything else is original.

no benoit all the way!

forget i said that. :tflaugh :tflaugh

my collection is worth a bit now. the most i ever spent on a single tf is 150USD on a black megatron gun.

Hmm, well i started collecting september 10th, 2003 (The day i bought unicron) and have around 120 transformers, so about $800 - $1500

Overall - probably over $2000.

On stuff I'm actually KEEPING (which is limited to large transformers such as Unicron, E-Omega Supreme, also alternators, G1 combiners, and a few headmasters) - $1600 or so. But I've only been collecting since last summer, and it's going to be pared down due to car payments and saving for a trip to France. My last BIG purchase will be a Takara reissue of Predaking......after that, I will likely not spend over $50 for a TF again.

I hope.

i'm one of those who if i tried to add it all up i'd probably cry! i'll just say it's well into the thousands. i didn't have any g1's anymore when i got back into collecting so i purchased all the ones i have off ebay, (not a great deal but enough) most of them over the last 5 years, and over that time some of the prices were the highest ever.

if you add up all my g1's, beast wars, beast machines, r.i.d., armada, energon and then my robotech figs and gundams, it all adds up to a small fortune. :eek

...and to think most of it is stuck in storage due to limited space. :tfsad
