Then how is there a Sari? Elita-one is BA and Arcee was one the show, getting her memory erased in the Lockdown episode.

She's Sari during the timeframe of TF:A, then goes back in time and become Arcee, gets her memory erased and becomes Elita-1, then gets mutated into Blackarachnia. It's not that complicated, really.
