The individual characters might have been alright, ill admit some of the characters were cool, but the whole minicon search reeked too much of pokemon like so many have already pointed out... "gotta catch em all". 

Actually, the show is primarily about the on-going war between the Autobots and the Decepticons, the Mini-Cons are just simply what restarts this war, brings it to Earth, and continues it up until the Unicron Battles. And even then it's largely over the three Mini-Con weapons and not individual Mini-Cons. Heck, many of the Mini-Cons don't even appear at all in the show.

As for returning for a sequel series it was only bound to happen, armada did so well mainly because its cartoon, and the kids picked up on it so easily.

I know, I was just messing with you. No offense, but you must be in the younger crowd. Most people who "grew up" on TFs regard G1 as gospel and BW as an awesome show no matter what the die hard G1s say. It's just funny seeing someone point out the good in Armada :tflaugh Check out the poll, the fans have spoken!

Just because I may have grew up on G1 doesn't mean that's the only TF series I enjoy or that there aren't any TF series that are better.

I had to vote RID for worst series because the Predacons were some of the worst most incompetant idiots ever portrayed on TV. Megatron rarly ever went into battle, just sent his pathetic army. I thought it was going to turn around when Scourge and the Decepticons showed up but was again disappointed. Add an overly powerful Omega Prime and the show was just pointless, think of it this way, if God wanted to fight you, would you bother showing up? Too over the top for the good guys. I saw RID having the most potential but continually fell on it's face.
