Binaltech Prowl Super mode project

Recommended Posts

I managed to get the blue version of the Binaltch Prowl (still trying to find the regular one).

I like the vehicue mode and I would like the bot mode too if it just didn't have the regular white head without any repainting. It gives him a "police" look while the alt mode don't.

I could repaint it blue but won't as I don't got enought skill and am afraid it could be too fragile.

Then the RID Prowl and Super Prowl inspired me.

I plan to find an Alternator Prowl just too swap the hood and the doors (with the black paint removed) and add some decalc or stickers. Here are some digibash to give you an idea of the result.

Any one got a spare Alternator Prowl or some ideas on wher to find stichers ?

Laurent

(and of course, thanks for BWTF.com for the pics.)

that's actually pretty snazzy.

Really ? But a police car isn't meant to be that way ?

It seems to me that the Super mode Prowl from RID worked pretty well. You guys don't like the idea ?

Beside, the font of the word "police" will surely change.

looks really good.

As for stickers, you can always try Reprolabels.com

But you may prefer going to a hobby store to get waterslide decals for 1:24 scale model police cars for a more pro and realistic finish.

It looks a bit like a a European police car. nice!

i like your "super" idea, i'm waiting on a head for my "super" speedbraker made from swerve.

i think, to pull it together, thighs white and feet grey. then legs and arms will match.

I've got an alt. Prowl body if you're interested. Missing head and arms (from the elbow down). I've taken off the lights from the roof but I can put them back on or at least include them if you're going to need them. Oh and I've switched a couple of leg/thigh parts with an Alt. Camshaft.

I like it too! I'd never thought of it, but make sweet Prowl. And there's plenty of police forces that use blue in the colour scheme, so I'm all for it! :thumb

I'm more than interested. Of course, I'd need the roof lights. And I don't care about the robot parts as long as the roof, windshield and doors are still in good shape. Can you send me some pictures ? The only problem is that I live in France. So PM me for the shipping details.

I'm curious to see the result of the switching you made on Camshaft. Can you show it ?

Funny thing about Camshaft is that i wanted originaly switch parts with him to make an alternator Soundwave as shown some times ago on the japanese "FREE STYLE" site. or even a new Blue streak by switching the hood too and giving a Smokescreen head. But well... This custom (Super Prowl) is the more easy and the more efficient too IMO.

No problem, I'll take some pics tonight and post them up for you. I should be able to ship to France, I'll look into shipping costs for you and let you know tonight as well.
