:tfsad Ok, so, I finally find Arcee, and I get home, I don't have her open 10 min when her left arm breaks offTurns out there were a lot of cracks I didn't notice in the arm(the thing's like a freakin Sponge it's so Pourous!) I tried Gluing it back togetherm but we have no Suoer or Epoxy Glue, plus the thing's warped so bad it's nearly a spiral. I don't wanna hunt another down, and I don't wanna order one off teh internet,(shipping) So What Do I do???

if you bought it at the store take it back, tell them it was defective and you want another one or your money back. they may think your sceemin, but who would waste all that time ove a transformer, yeah get your money back. the customer is always right. :thumb

According to Hasbro's FAQ:

Question- How can I get replacement parts for my Transformers?

Answer- Unfortunately, we do not maintain an inventory of replacement parts for our Transformer product line.

If you have recently purchased a Transformer and a part was missing or defective, please provide us with:

1.) UPC code from the packaging

2.) date of purchase or receipt of gift

3.) place of purchase

and click here to send an email to us.

So why don't you try that. (click here link goes to page were you need to fill out birth date then to email page.)

It is a hassle free situation. If you are an adult and you are returning a toy because a part broke chances are they will take it back with no problems. Most stores prefer exchange but if there is no more Arcee then well you get your cash back.

I had a problem with a microman master force toy; one of it's weapons broke. My lady told me to take it back and you know what the store took it back and I got a new microman (I'm keeping this one in the package for a while).

Besides you are an adult, you don't bang your toys around so the stores are going to take you as serious collector.

somehow i doubt they'll replace a part that you've LOST. if the piece was missing when you actually BOUGHT the toy, then they'll probably issue you a replacement. but, to do that, they'll probably want to see that the toy was bought very recently (as in, the last couple of days or so). but, you never know :tfevil
