I was out of town for a anime/game convention (Portland, ME) and checked out the TRU next door. In their big TF Movie display were four exclusive Soundwaves. This is the first time I've seen him so I grabbed one. I've checked this TRU for Soundwave before (once when he first came out and again a month later) so this isn't a case of them just going unsold. On the ToyMania.com forum there have been two other sitings; one found a single figure in an overhead bin and another found a full case. Could they actually be trickling out of the warehouse again, didn't they just start showing up in Canada?

Man, I hope so. I was just at TRU here near Chicago to buy movie Ratchet; I looked for Soundwave but there were none. :tfsad Def. want to buy one, altho I don't like the double-depth tape door, I wish it were flush like the original.

Yep, a fourth person on Toymania.com reported finding him. For some reason they're all packaged backwards which is a bit odd, but who cares?

Yeah, everyone seems to be finding him with the plastic tray inserted backwards so all of the figures are facing the back of the box. I'm pretty sure the first run had the tray inserted properly with Soundwave facing out the window.

Maybe Hasbro found these at the warehouse and decided to ship them out even tho they are packaged backwards. Anyone find any that were normally packaged lately?

They had one of each at the TRU in my area. Of course I got them, which is where my avatar came from.

I still need one of them there bad boys if anyone can help at a reasonable price?

Mine is packaged backwards. I thought it was either a fluke or one someone had returned after opening it and putting it back in carelessly. Found it on Sunday.
