I personally liked Beast Wars the best because In My Opinion it had the best show and some of the coolest toys. I mean there were no stupid Humans in the show only animals. and it had humor. Anyway the figures were awsome. I mean look at the Optimus Primal figure or Transmetal Cheetor figure. Which is my personal favorite figure of all time. Also the Dinobot figure was just great. But I think why most people didn't like it was because there were no cars. But show wise It was great. :thumb

If you're going to jump on me for my detail comment I'll also bring another important view to light. They seem less sturdy and more cheesy. Like some one threw them together, is anyone noticing this or is it just me?!?

The reason why they seem more flimsy is because of their level of detail and the points of articulation. You'll have to keep in mind that the Alt line are more collectors items than they are children's toys.

In my eyes, as well as a good majority of others out there, they are far from cheesy and "thrown together." When they're in car mode, you'd be somewhat hard-pressed to tell that they're actually transformers. And when they are transformed, their robot modes look superb, with none of that overly-techno and biological physique that you see in the other lines. It's also nice to see that their transformations play a nice homeage (albeit a bit rough) to their G1 counterparts.

In short, a LOT of thought, consideration and time went into the design of these toys. If anything, the Alt line makes previous lines look cheesy.

How are BT/Alternators cheesey or less sturdy? I can see it if you mean less sturdy than E-Megs or something like that, but Megs and the rest of Energon are meant for kids to play with, while Alts really aren't. The cheesey part I really don't get though, could you explain?

You've got to be joking. They look thrown together and less sturdy? The Binaltech/Alts are engineering marvels. They are far from thrown together. Maybe you are confusing complex transformations and multiple points of articulation for "flimsy". And detail?! These are the MOST detailed TFs made.

As for cheesy, give me a break. They are the LEAST cheesy transformer line ever, including G1. No neon colors, no vehicles with a robot head sticking out, no beasts that have a tail that becomes a gun, no plastic humanoid shell they fit into. Put simply, Alternators ARE Transformers as they were meant to be. Robots in disguise. In vehicle mode, they look like a model kit of the car. In robot mode, they look like robots that could actually move about (unlike G1 that took imagination to make them move).

Binaltech/Alternators are the best TF line looking strictly at the toy itself.

WHAT?!?!?!!?!! no Alternators, death shall be the price of your ignorance :mwahaha :mwahaha :mwahaha

Dude, you said it. Alts rule your pansy asses!

I hate Alternators becuse the say there G1 but they FAIL MISSURABLY.

Step 1: Decyphering that weird gibberish.

Step 2: Translating it into proper English.

I hate Alternators because they say they're G1 but they FAIL MISERABLY.

Step 3: Replying to that bull****.

1) Who "they" claim Alternators "are G1"? Show me any official evidence on that matter. Hasbro have been pretty vague in that regards so far.

2) In what way exactly do they "fail miserably"? Is it because with all they articulation, they fail to reach the brickiness of their G1 counterparts? Is it because the vehicles are even more detailed than the original G1 toys? Is it because the faces look more like the G1 cartoon characters than the G1 toys ever did? Is it because the Alternators have no loose accessory like hands, weapons etc. than can't be stored anywhere in vehicle mode?

They're we'll be fans of trash forever, I can't hope to help you ALL see the light.
