Hunn Grrr (Updated 5/24)

Recommended Posts

This took a few hours. Let me know what you think.

And more...

Enjoy

99% of the time when i see something G1 in CGI it never quite works but this works my only crit is the robot modes legs they seem thin i know this is down to the beast modes heads being that big but i think a compromise would of been a good idea

Nice Job - I loved this toy back when I was a kid.

Nice! Hunn-Grrr was one of the last TFs I ever owned "back in the day". Wow, does this bring back memories..

The legs/monster necks do look a little thin. I like that the head and face look more like an actual robot than they do a toy, although it has that BW vibe. Overall it looks great, especially the alt mode. Is his tail articulated? It's kinda hard to tell from the pics.

very nice peace of art work. i loke seeing more 3-d stuff. makes want to step up my game even more. i do like the overall look. really great beast mode. in bot mode i have to agree with blitz. his legs look a little thin but still very good art work. how long did it take you, if you don't mind me asking?

Not bad!

So after all that, I realized that I had put an extra joint in the legs. So I axed that, adjusted the size accordingly, did a little overall tweaking, and added a shield. I think it works alot better now. I have yet to "transform" it to see how it looks in beast mode. We shall see...

And another.

To answer some previous questions, this took probably 3-4 hours total, but that will increase as I work on the rest of Abominus. And yes, the tail is fully articulated.
