I really wanted to see how this would look, so I Photoshopped it using some of Seibertron's Scourge pics. What do y'all think? Would Hasbro/Takara ever do this?

that looks very nice... I'ld buy one.

You did a great job on the digi-bash. The only part that looks fake is the sword, you could have almost passed it off as a kitbash to those who don't recognize the pictures.
