Classics Thundercracker!!!

Recommended Posts

Here he is. I know you've all probably seen a bunch of these, but I feel like showing off my own personal message to Hasbro here. I WILL NOT PAY that much for a seeker repaint. I actually feel tens times better than I would have if I bought one for $9.99.

Looking on the bright side, my G1 Transformer fascination has now taken a creative twist. I can now make the molds Hasbro throws at us into exactly what I want.

...yeah I know Nemisis Prime is mistransformed :P

Im with you on the rip-off that is the botcon exclusive "seeker recolours".

I wouldnt be suprised if Takara, when they finally get around to releasing the Classics line, end up releasing all the seekers in shops or via e-hobby.

Again, like Ive said with Nemeis Prime Binaltech, the movie toys and anything else...just wait and keep waiting until the prices come down and/or the figs get repainted and sold cheaper somewhere else.

Its always worked for me.

Nice job! :thumb

I used standard testors acrylic paint from a multi pack i got at Walmart. I think I'm going to upgrade to something better for the next repaint. I hear paint with acetone in it is good.

i think some sort of wing decals are needed since next to SS and SW he looks a little bland but the quality looks gr8

Very cool!

Yeah I want to add some paint on the wings but I don't know if I like the red stripes he usually has. Maybe more black

My suggestion on wing details would be red and silver details, not black. I wopuld also add some silver to the tails. Other than that it loolks great.

This is a beautiful figure, well done! I'm with Tramp on the red and silver accents, but even without them I'd be ecstatic to get something like this in the Botcon package.
