I agree with DendrakeDarkenz, you should at least take a look at the Lego Knight joints. They're not quite as poseable as Bionicle joints, but they do hold a lot more weight. They've got a kind of clicking ratchet mechanism inside them, so they'd be less likely to slip than a normal ball-and-socket arrangement.

I'm heading out to Walmart right now so I might pick one of those up while I'm there. I never knew they had a clicking mechanism.

I've always wanted to see a truly "Beast Wars" Predaking: No Transmetal stuff

i disagree if anything the whole transmetal look would really work for the animal style combiner teams as a way to more easily distinguish them form their normal non transmetal counterparts.

me i think it would totally rock if someone took that whole animal/vehicle/robot ide look from the digunderline and reworked it to the point that each member of a six figure combiner team could realisticly transforme from animal to animal like vehicle to robot and combine as well but with this team being a modern day take on the breastforce.

I still haven't got the arms attached right now but the head is connected, and the wings are transferable. I know the pics are a tad blurry I just need to figure out some better lighting like I did for the fight scene pics of Superion, and Bruticus.

It looks like I'll have to use bionicle ball joints since they no longer sell lego knights in retail or at least I couldn't find any. No big deal though since I should be able to make sure they won't droop and slant by putting in a scraper screw. Meaning I'll put a screw in to attach the cup that goes into the cup area slightly and then as the ball is turned the screw will scrape holding the ball tight.

Actually I've decided that I'm not going to bed until I get Razor Claw's lower arms/ Predaking's hands on so here he is with just about every thing on him.

I'll get the hands on in just about a half hour or so hopefully. Well be back then.

Ok this is it for tonight. My battery on my drill is dead and so is my sleep battery. So I'm heading off to bed but before I go to bed here is what he looks like with the beginnings of his hands on.

I'm working on his feet right now and they are going to be huge! 1/2" thick, 2 1/16" wide, and a massive 4 3/16" long. I hope to at least have one foot done in the next 2 hours. Yes 2 hours scratch building takes time.

Here is what he looks like with the first foot on. I still need to build the other foot and I'll probably be done with that on Monday, or Tuesday.
