Mind, he wasn't so much Godzilla as "It's a Godzilla film, but Godzilla doesn't actually appear, just some dude that kinda looks like him a bit, if you squint, and will be killed when the real Godzilla shows up"

Prime and Megatron both work together to rule Cybertron. Megatron gets power-hungry, and then gathers a secret army. He then strikes out at everyone. Prime gets a bunch of Cybertronians in arms and fights back. War tears Cybertron apart and the ALLSPARK is launched from Cybertron.

 

That's a pretty decent summary I'd say.

It also covers why Bumblebee doesn't speak in the movie. Arcee makes a short appearance, and we see that bumblbee holds a rather high standing within Optimus circle of warriors. Megatron is ruthless!

Speaking of Arcee, is this the mold we're supposed to get (toy wise?) while she does have a great deal more feminity then your average "Movie bot" calling her a "fembot" in the movie would be wasted. Pare from her slender frame and long "thinner" legs, theres nothing "Fem" about her. I'd be shocked if any Artist could fem up that design.
