I just went to my local comic book shop, and I learned that IDW's Transformers Movie Prequel Issue 1 has been recalled due to a printing error. The owner of the shop had to send back all of his issues immediately. If this is true all over the country, then it may be a few more weeks before we get our issues. Also, anyone who did manage to pick up the issue should hold on to it- it's a collector's item now.

That SUX. :danmit

This is true, yet I still managed to snag a copy. Should've bought the rest. Oh well...

But still, if you like everything with the movie so far, pick this up, from the designs to the story, it's good. Also, Megatron is a beast in this, Don does an excellent job making this guy as much of a monster as he is. And Josh's coloring is top notch, just as always.

Bob Saget! Powerglideing teases! now i'm getting blue-balls! :grr

what is the error? *goes through his issue*

And yes, I highly recomend this book, check out my review in "The Comic Vault"

(self plug'd)

I call BullBlot. They must have recalled the comics because one of the higher-ups decided that it was too early to release the comic yet.

Why?

Transformers Escalation #4 had a preview of this issue. The story look like it will be pretty good. It uses something that I thought should have been used for a long time, Prime and Megatron starting out on the same side and in different command positions. The only bad thing is that the Allspark seems to be a rip-off of the Cosmic Cube from Marvel Comics.

Why?

Because Michael Bay wants to keep the tf's designs underwraps for as long as possible. Hence why there's also so little advertising for the movie.
