Prototype movie Optimus and Megatron figures

Recommended Posts

Relatively, the screws look bigger on the blue prime prototype holding a smokestack gun, so I'd guess he's smaller. I like him more.

Maybe, it's kind of hard to tell. Relatively, the screws don't look to be that much bigger than the ones on Megatron (and I can't really see any on Prime himself).

Although, I think for the movie toyline all our preconceived notions of different size classes needs to be thrown out the window. These two could be exactly the same size but with different "action" features.

That could be. I see some kind of electronics attached to that second Optimus Prime.

The first looks to be more "skreen akkurate" and posable, while the second appears to have electronics and more action features (as it appears that his gun hand may shoot a projectile, or maybe it just lights up).

I'm now hoping that first Starscream prototype I recall seeing is still being released as the equivalent to the first Prime, as the most recent (non-FAB) Starscream (the one with teh BAG hands) is a bit underwhelming.
