fun fact...the guy who designed the Rock Lords is the guy who designed Alt Grimlock

someone should kitbash a RM screamer into leader-1! that would be sweet!

Did you see Cy-Kill and Leader-1 get molen down in the smelting pools of Cybetron? It was in an old G1 DW comic.

I had one Rock-lord and that was enough to never get another. I don't remember it comming with a gun or any accessories. His name was Magmar and I think he was the leader. Don't ask how I remember that cause it just came to me. I also remember some animals that turned into fuzzy rocks called rock-gnarlies, anyone else remember that? Wasn't there a movie that featured Go-bots and Rock-lords?

The gnarlies didnt transform. They featured motors that made their mouths move up and down when they walked.

 

The rock lords ONLY featured in the Gobots movie. After that, they existed only as toys and possibly a comic or two.

I had a few Go-Bots in the past, most are gone now.

I allways wanted a Gobot like Baron von Joy, but could never find any.

 

Rocklords were never available where I live.

I've never actually watched the show, but I have seen a video clip, read a detailed ep synopsis (complete with spoilers), and seen some screen caps. I used to dismiss them as inferior until I learned more about them. Anyone know where you can submit fanfic based on the original Gobots? I have a TF/GB crossover fic that I would like some Gobots fans to review. I want to make sure my characterizations are accurate.

Im not sure. U could try submitting it to a TF website as they are now OFFICIALLY part of the Transformers Universe.

 

Tkaara/Hasbro bought the rights to use their characters, names (but NOT toy molds) from Tonka and Takara even released recoloured Mnibots (Bumblebee, etc) as Gobots.

I have the bad guy Rock Lord leader guy

 

I like them, but I wanted that green one my cousin had more, it was cooler (however cool a transforming rock is... )
