I used a lambor head as a base and basically cut everything off and molded it by hand. This head is a three piece set so that the eyes can be hand painted conveniently. I'm not sure if anyone else dislikes the stock Lambor head like myself, but if so, maybe I can recast it for those interested.

It would make a great Red alert head if the horns were pointing in the other direction slightly.

 

The other things is, all I might have changed was the center piece at the top of the head and maybe rounded out the side cheek guards.

Yep. Unfortunately, the Alt Viper mold isn't License Plate friendly so I had to sculpt a license plate backing that plugs in over the existing mold. I like how it turned out.
