To you put TF's on Layway?

Recommended Posts

I'd just wait for fellow TFans to buy it at top price and wait a month till they get bored with it so I can pick up all the latest and greatest action figures for half price.

I have a $300 Limit credit card that i reserve for my play money.

I have no need for Layway.

I have been pretty good about sticking to this budget. Although it seems like i splurge and then run dry for a few months... but that has more to do with release and availability not budgeting.

Hunter

i try to use layaway when possible, otherwise i just use credit. if it wasn't for either of them the only time i'd ever get anything would be my bday.

reading over the thread i've seen people downing laying stuff away and using credit to purchase stuff, but sometimes thats all some people have. it's pretty easy to say "go find another job" when you've got a good job and are financialy secure. some people can't just "find a better job". what about people that are disabled? are you saying they shouldn't be able to enjoy themselves?

jmo, what i do with my money is of nobody else's concern, and nobody has the right to tell me that i can't enjoy myself and do what i want to do just because i can't pay strait up with cash.

I put C Optimus, on layaway and Rollbar and Rico at the same time. I've had Metroplex on layaway for a while now

I have a question:

If you layaway once can you still layaway again even though you haven't paid the first layaway yet?

well... you can at walmart. i dunno if they have a limit but i've had as many as 5 lay aways at one time (xmas shopping).

our wallyworld has no layaway :( they tell you to get the walmart credit card and zellers never has anything new

Ha! Little do you know that I just give them to my kids now.

Or me.

*runs.*

I've noticed a lot of the people Starscreaming about first dibs and having cash on hand, layaway is bad, blah blah blah.

What it really is, is that you're either rich with a charge account mommy and daddy gave you (which is more likely) or you really, really bust your ass and made a rather nice paycheck (which is admirable, but it doesn't give you more importance over anyone else.)

Either way, you feel you're more important than the rest of us, and you're pissed that a poor person beat you to the punch and will enjoy the fruits of said labor at some point, while you still have to search elsewhere.

Well guess what? That's the nature of the beast, that's part of playing the game. Don't like it? Take your own advice and find another hobby, oh and:

SHUT THE Powerglide UP.

Get over yourselves.
