Divebomb variants

Recommended Posts

Hey all, I was just curious to know how rare the 1 and 2-blade versions of Divebomb are. So far in my area (Cleveland, OH) I've only seen the 1-blade version, and only recently at Targets. I would really like to score a 2-blade variant, so I could mix & match the parts w/ my 0-blade versions.

Or, does anyone know how much repro energon weapons are going for at conventions? I'll just pick up what I need there if finding/getting a 2-blade variant is gonna cost me an arm and a leg.

Thanks for your help guys! :thumb

Mine are no bladed version, I keep forgetting to look for teh variant when I see him.

Can anyone who has the two bladed version show a pic? It would be nice to see what the heck you guys are referring to. Thanks!

There were pics, soemwhere awhile back. I don't remember where I saw them, though.

nothing but 2 handle ones here :(

The 1 blade version is at Targets everywhere. Say, can't someone buy 2 1 bladed divebombs, take both blades from each, connect them, and you will have the 2 blade version???

The one handled one is in my sig :)

I consider the double-pointed blade to be a messup...just a common error, not a factory variant.

there is a bigger difference between the 2 handled blade and the one handled blade other than the handles. on the 2 handled blades, there is only a round peg that connects them together and to divebomb.

the one handled version is different, (hard to explain) it's a round peg with a slotted pice coming off the side of it, meaning once they connect together or to divebomb they can't swivel, they lock in place. the blades on the two versions could not be interchanged.

it wasn't an error, just a change someone decided to make during production. most likely for safety concerns.

i'll have to see if i can get some good comparison pics of it. it'll be kinda tough to see being small parts and with the clear green color, but i'll give it a shot.
