Wow, repaint time already? Whatever happened to remolding? Sure, the sirens are gone and he's got another spoiler, but usually they try to make the robot head like the original counterpart. This head doesn't look like G1 Camshaft's head at all.

 

 

Having said that, I am, of course going to get this one . And I'm glad to get some more alt news.

Yes I'm sure everyone knows that.

 

The thing is BT Prowl totally pwned the original Prowl which IMO makes this repaint definitely more desirable. I like the Prowl mold but personally I think it looks better as just a car opposed to a police car. :thumb That and the colours improve the mold 10 fold. I just hope it's not halfassed like Rico, and Rollbar.

Personally, I`m glad they`re using these repaints for the least popular characters. Leaves more room for them to use original molds for the more popular ones. *Hopes anyway*

 

Also, once this guy comes out, I can now kitbash the black parts from this character into Prowl so I don`t have to waste time and paint to get rid of that piss poor blue/gray color. Like it should have been from the beinning.

-Prefer him to be dull gray opposed to silver. Would set apart from Silverstreak and Grimlock.

-Like the colours and will probably get one.

I'm glad he's not silver too.  But I think a bright color, like orange, yellow, or green would've been great.  Hound is the only offical green one released, and he's really dark.

 

-Also now that I look at the picks again the legs actually look better with the new colours opposed to turned around like Prowl. Should be great for distinguishing the two molds.

I like the legs too.  The autobot logo on the left leg is a really nice touch.

Perhaps it would have been a little more straightforward if you simply changed the credit in the first post of the original thread.  Instead of ditching the first thread, thus prompting people to post again what they've already posted.

Damn, he looks bland. If I was to get him, I'd like Reprolabels to create some interesting decos for this guy, like they did with Zoom-Zoom. If not, this guy would really be a robot in disguise, being so bland, no-one would notice him!
