I think BTA is Tomy's fault

I'm really liking it. But, I really only collect Optimus and Megatron, so the idea of having a Convoy that comes with a little girl figurine and a transforming pink surfboard sword is probably a more amusing to me than everybody else. I'm just hoping he still comes with his engine gun, as was pretty sweet.

To make him appealing as a model car, I'd assume he'll have his engine.

Anyways, I go meh at prime's figure.  Alt for me, and I hope takaratomy still releases  zoids.

If I ever get this Prime (to be honest I did pre-order him, but that is only so if I do decide to go ahead and get him, I don't get screwed in a few months when he comes out) I will be throwing away that f***ing surfboard monstrosity.

 

I do have the stupid ass little girl figurines that came w/ my BTAs, and I will keep the one that comes w/ Prime, but they all stay in their little baggies in my accessory case and will never see the light of day.

 

I wish they would just make the bots and forget about the stupid little figurines (and not charge me $5 more!!!), but I do know it is a Japanese thing and they are the ones making the toy so I am stuck w/ it.

Oh no, that is totally fair, I think it is funny as hell that Optimus Prime, the badass of all badasses comes w/ a little girl and even funnier still, a freaking pink surfboard.

 

I am not sure what the Japanese designers are thinking, but obviously this kind of stuff is big in Japan, so they are going to keep making them. I am just glad that it looks like (hopefully) the BT line isn't dead.

 

But I do have to admit, the little girl figurines that come w/ a very masculine toy for boys is kinda amusing.

What's weirder to me about this is, I thought I'd never see this type of perverted stuff attached to TFs. I say perverted because the girl looks well under age. 10 or younger, half dressed.
