This is great!  I'm an "As-is Alt Prime" fan too, but this is even better.  I think I'll join the "Please-Provide-a-How-To-Mod-Alt-Prime" club too while I'm at it.  Excellent!

Hmm...as another "as-is" supporter, he does look pretty nice w/o the shoulder things.

Does the Grill still flip around, ala him still stock, cause putting a G1esq Grill on that side WOULD be interesting..

Me think the grill must have been detached from the hood... but wouldnt that cause its alt to look odd? as in the way when its hood is opened?

Like all the others, I really want a "how-to" instruction.

 

This looks great and I'm definitely going to mod him like this when I get 'm.

 

Especially like how he suddenly has upper legs (my biggest problem with the design).

If Alt prime would have looked like that from the get go, I'd definitely have been a fan.

Impressive robot mode. But how can you transform him back? Do you have to remove parts and stuff?
