I was fiddling around with BWX Rhinox today, and I got to thinking since most of the toys from the later G2 to present have some decent posability, unlike most of G1, what would happen if Rhinox had gotten ahold of some Nucleon and infused it in himself.

 

The result, a new type of Action Master.

 

But this type of Action Master is kind of neat.

 

I just unsrewed his waist so I could take off the tabs that held on his Rhino hide, the top of his rhino head, and the rhino eyes (between shoulders and body) and left the mouth so that it's evident that he's still rhino-ish, kind of like how it was obvious that AM Bumblebee still had some VW Beetle in him.

While Action Masters themselve are kind of crappy quality, I was thinking more along the lines of taking the original modes, and getting rid of some of the extra beast bulk that just gets in the way, like I did.

 

It would have been neat to see.  I mean, just imagine.

shoulderpads are removed, as is his bulky back.

Nice Idea!! It's strange but I like it! (But I did like the Generation 2 Transformers and the Energon Generation 2 Transformers (e.g. Repaint of Downshift and Snowcat!))

I agree with Ultimum Prime... Action Masters are teh suck.

 

The reason why Rhinox had alt mode kibble was because he had an alt mode!! -- unlike Action Masters.

 

Transformers that don't transform. Doesn't get much crappier than that.

You can take all the beast mode off of big convoy/Nemesis prime and still have a complete robot.  With some masking tape, you can even put the animal pieces together to have a complete Mastodon next to Prime.

Heh, yeah... Shellformers are pretty much just evolution from Pretenders. :P

Now you should alter the gun, so then it is actually show accurate.

 

Good job, though. I like the idea behind it, but then again, I found an action master, so I now have appreciation for them.
