I sooooo bet IDW will explain how Waspinator got back in the new Beast Wars comic

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Why is this necessary? Does the word "tangential" mean anything? How about "inconsequential" or "irrelevant"?

Anyway they explained it as much as they needed to in the show. There are some things I'm okay with not knowing about (such as "do the Maximals poop, and if so is it technorganic?").

We know they at least fart, as Rhinox ripped a huge one when he caught that virus.

:schin

presence of GI tract: CONFIRMED

but did the Oracle preserve this functionality when the Maximals were reformatted? I MUST KNOW

I'm saying that it would have been really cool to see more of megatrons take over of cybertron.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I agree, so long as the maximals put up a decent fight.  There's enough hit and run away scenes in BM already.

unlikely.  Right now, it's using only non-show characters set at the start of S3.

"Right Now"

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Its only four issues, so I doubt they will get that far.

at the end of the mini or shortly after, I expect IDW to announce a BW ongoing to start.

I think they need another main title to balance out all their out-of-continuity minis.

IDW doesn't really do many ongoing titles almost all their books are mini-series.

IDW won't do any on-going series because they will go out of business like dreamwave

Megatron's takeover was a sneak attack; for all intents and purposes you saw it happen in Nightscream's flashback.

Really? That's the best sloppy writing I've ever seen.

As much as I am a fan of Beast Machines, I must say that Grimlock is right. BM does have some weak character development (I teach English literature btw ;)).

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Well, at least there was character development - unlike what we got in G1 or the new anime-former series.
