Return Policy?

For the first time ever, I'm gonna have to return a fig.....or two. I need to know what's the rule on this sort of thing.

I broke down and put Rollbar and Rico on lay away. I open Rico first. His left shoulder is limp as hell but I figure I'd use the crazy glue method. next I open rollbar and painstakenly paint his doors to have the missing black. So now it's time to unleash an up close look at Rolly. I open the spare tire and no gun! I look in the instruction packet and.................NO GUN!!!!

So, with some scotch tape, I can take it back right?

Sounds like a plan to me. I wouldn't even scotch tape it. Just take it back to the store and tell them it was defective. No prob whatsoever if you kept the receipt, and usually still no prob even if you didn't.

I wasn't even gonna buy these guys at first. It's my fault. Now Im wondering if I should keep the doors I painted?

some people returned $10 model cars in alt packages for the $20 refund, and they weren't even the type of car pictured.

I don't think they'll notice the doors.

Is it walmart?  Cause if it is you won't have any problems whatsoever opened or not as long as you have the receipt.

Walmezy it was. I'm gonna go there tomorrow. Thanks guys.

BTW, the gun was supposed to be in the little plastic baggy with the instructions.

Actually in the Baggy w/instructions or just in a seperate baggy? Let me, just to be sure.............................................................Nope not in there :tdown

In Australia, our TRU staff don't care about anything. You could return a TF box with dog Blot inside it and they'd give you a refund.

Well, maybe not quite that extreme, but you get the idea. :P

In regard to the TRU return policy:

I don't know what corporate is doing about the overseas stores, but here in the states they'll soon be adopting a "No receipt - No Return" policy. Just a heads up for people to keep the receipts and/or get a gift receipt as a spare.
