Ok, so heres the deal... we all have seen Dalianjj's 20th Prime trailer, right? Blown up version of the G1... ok, its cool and all. So I kinda wanted to do the same thing to Fortress Maximus. Now, Obviously there are no such deffinates here. I have found someone that is willing to lend me the money, if at a reasonable price to be made and sold. And another question I ask is this. If made at 3X's the size of the G1 mold, which would be from a 22" size to a 66" size, or 5'6" if you will, do you think that perhaps something around 900 - 1,500 would be appropriate? I would make certian modifications to it such as articulated fingers, and knee's for him as well. Along with doing the same kind of modifications to Cerebros and Spike. So, please, any kind of information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much. OMEGAPRIME1983

ok, mods please help, there are supposed to be three choices, Yes, Maybe, and No.  Can you please help me with this one, its my first poll topic. Thanks Again everyone!!!  Alos, if this is in the wrong thread, please feel free to move it. THANKS!!

66'' is too big. 44'' maybe... that's still a lot of money. If anything, I would try to make it 1.5 time the size of the original and make it better (head that could turn, poseable legs, arms, electronics, etc.).

I think making it any bigger than the size of the original will be overkill...

Agreed. Big toys like that just don't sell all that well these days. I DO miss the old days of big GIJoe bases though.

I'm thinking you want to show up the guy who is making the ridiculously large (and badass) Metroplex. Just kidding.  Cool idea, would love to see some drawings on size, and how it would work out.

Same here.

Poseable fingers, knees & head should be possible with the current size. And E Omega Supreme made clear it should work with Spike as well.

Ditto.

I'd think it over.... but the killer would probably be the shipping.

Or instead of doing that...how about backwards engineering one of the regular ones, make a slew of 'em on the cheap and sell 'em so everyone can have a Fort Max at a reason price like the really really nice Optimus KOs that are on sale right now.

I'd much rather have a high quality, cheaply priced KO, than to pay out the ass for a KO that's 3 times the size of the normal one.
