P.S.: Shouki's train mode is not the same as J-Five's (Rail Spike's). Shouki's bullet train mode is a 100-series Toukaidou whereas J-Five's is a Nozomi-500.

TFs is, first and foremost, a kids' show. We can waste out our lives commenting on the social dynamics within shows like TFs, Thundercats and G.I. Joe . . . or we can enjoy them at the level they're meant to be - that of entertainment for young people.

I think there's a middle ground in there somewhere.... just because they're primarily written for kids doesn't necessarily mean that they're devoid of any meaning. But to be sure, you don't want to read too much into it.
