hopes on Key plot. They must have forgot something. Between everything that happened they couldn't have gotten it all.

Actually the DW comic did have a BW reference in it. One of the panels in the #1 issue of Series 3 shows a Maximal symbol on one of the Ark's doors.

I know before beast machines some friends and I joked that Waspinator was actually the decendant of the Insecticons. Makeing a base from spare nemisis parts, hence they could eat and such. Then BM came along a mucked it up lol.

never noticed it...can you put up a pic

Right what I thought to.  Cause since they were in the past they couldn't leave any trace of the future.  But Beast Wars left a lot of ? in my mind.  There were some that were destroyed and were left.  Since I doubt they knew where the bodies were.  And What happen to Depthcharge & Rampage.  I doubt that Rampage was killed, his spark was undestructable

Rampage was killed by Depthcharge when Depth plunged a shard of pure energon through Rampy's spark. I don't remember where I read/heard it, but i do specifically remember it said somewhere that Rampage's spark could only be destroyed by pure energon. This also explains why BW Megs was able to cut Rampy's spark in half. He used a knife of pure energon.

So, yeah. Rampage is dead. Depthcharge is dead. The explosion shown in the series was enormous, so there was more than likely no trace left of them both. They were atomized. :tftounge :tfgrin

Continutiy gives me a headache.... Anyone remeber a time when it was just Autobots and Decepticons beating the living slag out of one another. God, I miss those days....

Hey what ever happened to Tigerhawk, quickstrike, and Inferno?

And why didnt the maximals pick up the stasis pods still in orbit, there were not enough new characters to explain them all being gone? I mean that would seriously help them in the beast machine wars.

Thanks for everybody's input on this, and they may have dismantled their base, its been a while since i've seen any of the beat wars toons;

As for Tigerhawk, Inferno, and Quckstrike: Tigerhawk was confirmed as dead when he faced off against the Nemesis; Primal tries to talk to him or something and he gets the response that Tigerhawk is dead; Inferno and Quickstrike were blasted by the Nemesis too, so my guess is that if Tigerhawk couldn't survive, there is no way those two preds did either. most likely all three of their bodies were completely destroyed.

and there were no stasis pods still in orbit if i remember correctly. When the Vok use their big termination gun thing that was the second moon of earth, there is a scene of all the stasis pods falling out of orbit and heading for earth. That is why Tigatron and Airrazor left at the beginning of season 2: they were gonna go find them all.

again, its been a while since i've watched any episodes, so i might have missed a lot

Well, Tigerhawk was destroyed when BW Metal2 Megs shot him out of the sky with the Nemesis's fusion cannon. Quickstrike and Inferno were both also destroyed by the fusion cannon, but i don't remember why.

As for the stasis pods, i don't know the answer, but i have a theory. I think that by the time the Maximals were ready to leave earth (with Megs as a nice hood ornament), all the stasis pods were already down on the earth's surface. Another idea, which is much simpler, is to assume that they DID in fact retrieve all the stasis pods, and just took them back to Cybertron.

That's what i believe, anyway. :thumb
