Official Cybertron Metroplex Pictures

Recommended Posts

Yeah, Metroplex is supposed to be modeled after a real piece of mining equipment. They just don't do a very good job of making him look like the machine he is modeled after.

The bot mode is great, and seems to have awesome articulation, but the alt mode is most definitely lacking. It really doesn't look much like what it is supposed to look like. It looks more like a robot bending over and that is no good IMO.

damn that thing is scary

i bet that all of the Gigalonia tf's were designed by Hasbro by itself. the fact that in Japan, Takara only released Megalo Convoy shows that they probably had little to do with the designing of the toys.

Damn, Madhammer, talk about one-upping me when it comes to pics!

Anyways. Yeah, it seems to me like Gigantalonia, for as much potential as it had, was designed too late// as an afterthought, which sucks. Even if you throw in the 3 "Planet X" bots under the Gigantalonia heading.. even if you REALLY stretch and bring up the minicons... it's still lacking.

but it's still a huge toy that turns into nothing in particular. Whee I'm playing with my giant action figures... *psheow* *blam*

He has stomach articulation man, its blowing my mind man!

AAOP has sweet pelvis thrusting action

Well so do I, but everyone loves me. :tftongue

Anyway, I will be picking him up. For $40 dollars, what the hell? I'll indulge myself.

YOU DON'T COME WITH PHRASES FROM THE TELEVISION SHOW

KIDNEY STONE PASSING "AAARRRGGHHH!!!"

PS:  That giant mining saw thing would make for one creepily spindly TF, which might be kinda cool.
